Physical AI Beyond the Robot
What has to exist around an intelligent machine before it becomes an operational system?
The visible robot is only one part of the problem. This rabbit hole follows the wider architecture: perception, multimodal models, simulation, world models, edge intelligence, control, orchestration, safety, cybersecurity, integration and lifecycle operations.
A newer thread follows the question inward: what happens when capability begins to live in morphology, materials, biological components and the nervous systems machines connect to?

AI-Native Foresight
What changes when foresight becomes a living system instead of a periodic report?
I’m interested in continuous sensing, evidence, interpretation, uncertainty and traceability — and in where AI genuinely improves foresight versus where it merely automates the production of more information.
Public material stays at the conceptual level. Proprietary implementation details are intentionally excluded.

Health, Evidence & the Female Body
What happens when the “default human” in the evidence wasn’t you?
This rabbit hole looks at the translation problem between population research and everyday decisions around training, nutrition, recovery, prevention and women’s physiology — including what deserves to be personalised, what deserves to be measured and what data never needed to leave the device in the first place.

Playable Futures
What changes when we inhabit a possible future instead of merely reading about one?
This territory looks at games and interactive systems as spaces for exploring futures from the inside: not only what a fictional world says about technology, bodies or society, but what changes when a person has to act within its rules, make choices and live with the consequences.
Playing the Future is the first artifact here, using NieR: Automata, Mass Effect and Stellaris to examine how commercial videogames can operate as informal foresight environments — and where their imagination still inherits assumptions from the present.
